I graduated from the Astrakhan Conservatory ( Russia) as a symphony orchestra violinist, chamber music soloist, and violin teacher. I teach violin as well as piano for beginners. I have taught violin at the high school and primary school levels and have performed in orchestras, such as the Philharmonic and Proliric Symphony Orchestra in Lima, Peru. I use a comprehensive teaching technique. Learning objectives include development of sound posture and technique, ear and rhythm training, theory and sight reading, development of concentration, musical interpretation, discipline and musical appreciation. Attendance is once or twice each week. Students are accompanied by the teacher on the piano to complete the harmony and rhythm of the music. As a result of the work, the student can play recitals as a soloist or as part of groups. All types of music, including classical, romantic, popular, and international. In addition to English, I speak fluent Spanish and Russian. |
